It's not ID's fault, it's not Bathesda's fault, it's not nVidia's fault. Why do so many AMD fanboys think everything nVidia does is to spite AMD? nVidia supports OGL 4.5 and AMD does not. This was probably done on purpose by Nvidia 'cause they knew it was gonna create backlash towards AMD. So basically Nvidia's 4.5 is a lie because at the core it still runs on 4.3 for both.
